Here at the Bridge Inn we like to serve a mix of pub classics – pies, steaks, fish dishes – and some dishes which offer a twist on traditional pub grub.

We are happy to serve half portions of our main menu meals for children when possible – just ask at the bar and we’ll do our best to help!

THE BIG RIBEYE 16 oz
Served with tomato, mushrooms, home-made onion rings and hand-cut chips
THE SIRLOIN 10oz (cut 2 fingers thick)
Served with tomato, mushrooms, home-made onion rings and hand-cut chips.
HANGER STEAK 8oz
Served medium, medium rare or rare with hand cut chips, grilled tomato, mushrooms, homemade onion rings.
Lamb shoulder cooked in North African spices served with za’atar potatoes, coconut salad and curried hummus
SMOKED HADDOCK, PRAWN & HAKE FISHCAKES
Served with an egg and Lobster mayo, greens and steamed vegetables. Chips if you must.
With garlic, ginger and soy sauce served with steamed vegetables and hand-cut chips. Try with our Black Shiraz.
Chunks of venison braised in red wine with mushrooms and shallots with a touch of dark chocolate. Served on mash and with steamed vegetables.
THE BRIDGE BURGER
8oz Burger served with hand cut chips and home-made onion rings, cheddar slaw and parmesan shavings. Now served in a homemade brioche bun.
SHELL FISH AND CHIPS
Prawns, scallops, mussels and squid in garlic butter with chips
WOODLAND & FIELD MUSHROOM STROGANOFF
Served with a vegetable rice, garnshed with steamed leek and sautéed field mushroom.
Beef, bacon and Butty Bach beer pie served with mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables.
Chicken goujons, sausage or fish fingers with hand-cut chips or mash and peas / beans.
Kids’ burger – homemade burger with onion rings and hand-cut chips.
Wherever possible we are happy to do children’s portions of the main meals.
